The majority of my career has been in distributed teams. I started DebuggingWork.com as a place to share and discuss the patterns and practices of successful teams and leaders in tech and tech-adjacent roles, with extra focus on distributed teams and remote work.

I’ve been remote or hybrid as a freelancer, entrepreneur, and employee with the smallest organizations up to Fortune 50 behemoths. I work in tech (enterprise SaaS) and have worn a number of hats including engineering director, product management leader, software architect, developer, tester, trainer, and writer.
