As part of renaming this newsletter to Debugging Work, I’ve planned out some new original posts but I still have a backlog of interesting articles to share. I’m only including one today because it’s a longer read and it is well worth it. The story of Lemon Tree Hotels is compelling and the forms of flexibility listed are worth reflecting on.
