😡 Why Employees Hate Hot-Desking. I’ve only experienced hot-desking as a guest visiting an office, in which case it’s quite convenient to be on equal footing with the locals when seeking a spot to work. If it was my regular daily experience, though, I’d be practicing what David Courpasson calls “objectal resistance.”
